On tap @ Svaneke Bryghus. Thin creamy tanned head. Opaque, nut brown body. Fresh sour-bitter aroma from the juniper berries giving way for a scent of light sweet, refined dark malts. Taste has a fresh bitterness, toghether with fairly dry malts and a touch of unripe berries. Medium-bodied. Nice sour-fruity finish.

Aug 20, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Red/amber alightly hazy body with a large red head. Sweet nose with some flowers. Dry body with notes of malt, fruit and caramel. Dry finish with some spices and hops (and "Enebær").
