Ungstrup (10853), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 21, 2008 Bottled. A pitch black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt - lending it a slight acidity, but also with hints of smoke. The flavor is both has sweet and hard roasted malt notes - again the hard roasted malt lends it a slight acidity, while the alcohol tickles the tongue slightly, before a very dry and slightly roasted finish sets in.
