Dec 9, 2008 Bottle. Beautiful goldered clear colour with only small white head. Not much aroma, mainly caramel. Flavour is slightly dominated by caramel and toffee. Very characteristic flavour, but does not bring you in any special Christmas mood, except from the extreme sweetness.

Sep 21, 2008 Nice moderate malty aroma with clear molasses notes. Head is creamy, long lasting, off-white. Cloudy appearence due to the unfiltered brew. Red color. Surprising but too harsh bitter flavor that ends more moderate after a while. Full bodied creamy soft mouthfeeling.
