The flavor is round, soft, malty and with a clear taste of the mash - you can almost taste the grainstraws. A really good beer - but very much like their Mørk Guld. Very pretty, deep amber - close to mahogany actually. Fine but collapsing head. Very carbonated - too carbonated. Lovely malty body, dry with a hint of acidity. A bit more body and sweetness would be greatly appreciated. 311201
