500mL bottle. A nicely balanced dark brew which pits a dark fruit and coffee cake malt base against assertive noble-type hops. The finish leaves you tasting the hop bitterness. A very well-made beer.

Dec 21, 2008 Bottle. Dark red/brown, with a small disappearing head. Aroma: Not very strong, but I sense hops and yeast. Taste: Some bitternes balanced by a pleasant sweetnes. Some cristmas spices, but not to dominating. Good one.

Dec 13, 2008 clear red brown with a largethick offwhite head that recedes rather quickly. aroma is mainly bitter from scandinavian type bitter hops and alc, secondarily sweetish.slight toffee. flavor is like a hvidtøl, only somewhat more bitter and less sweet. still qute tasty sweet brew. brown sugar, bitterness, caramel, sugar. nice
