Mar 10, 2008 50 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Clear amber colour with a weak head. Aroma of coconuts, malt and caramel. Malty flavour with notes of caramel. Very fairly taste and with a thin body. Ends up sweet and malty. I missing some christmas in this one.

Jan 5, 2008 Bottle. Clear light to medium amber red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, hay, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (221207)

Dec 27, 2007 Bottle. Small fizzy off-white head that quickly was goon. Fair display of lacework. Hazy light brown color. Aroma of light yeast, caramel, hint of fruit, grain and hint of bread. Over the palate hint of light toasted malt. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Flavor was moderated sweet. Malty sweet like finish.
