The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malty and straw as well as lighter notes of caramel, the caramel though gains in strength towards the finish, leading to a dry bitter finish. Norbert Tmavý 14° Dark brown to black color; nice creamy head. Very nice aroma, delicate, roasted malt. Soft mouthfeel, caramel first, some malt, roasted malt, very harmonious. Ends with some hops, roasted malt, caramel. Probably the best Dunkel I ever tried, for its harmony and elegance.
