Pours clear, light pale golden with a medium, creamy, white head. Okay duration. Aroma is sweet, malty, doughy and brewing cereal. Medium carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Flavour is vinious and very malty. A good deal of sweetness. Not my thing.

Jul 20, 2008 Unpasteurized beer, good presentation dark yellow and big opaque with very withe foam like the one of sea. taste is a nice experience of balance between roasted malts and fine hops, the resul is an incredible sensation into the mouth and the end is exquisite.

Jul 1, 2008 Bottled. Clear deep golden. Buttery malty nose. Sweet and fruity with impressive rounded body. Hops lie in the background to the buttery fruity malt. A touch of orange in a warming finish. Well made all they way, but just not as interesting as their best beers.
