Tap @ U Kaspara, Prague. Pours unclear yellow with a small creamy white foam and lacings. Nose is floral, hoppy and yeasty. Medium bodied. A bit of butter, buiscuit and yeast. Dry, hoppy and crispy. Ends dry. Nice.

One od the best beers I had in Prague; if not the best. Very creamy for a lager; and easy to drink.

(tap in Praha) A foggy golden beer with thick white foam. There was an aroma of banana, much like a weiss. It had a sweet, malty taste with some bitterness. It had a decent mouthfeel and the aftertaste was a bit bitter.

300ml glass at a Prague pub. Light gold in colour, with a strong head. It has a crisp and refreshing taste and feel. Whilst not strong, it is highly rewarding. A very good beer.

(draught, at U Pietasu, Pilsen) pours a hazy yellow-golden colour with a tall frothy white head. fruity aroma of mango, grapefruit and lemon, peaches and light grainy pale malts. flavour is the same, very fruity with some pineapple and powdered sugar. medium body with smooth carbonation and a long finish.

(Draught at Svijanský Rytír, Prague, 22 July 2008) Golden yellow colour with firm, white head. Lots of carbonation. Malty, grassy nose with hints of vanilla. Malty, grassy taste with notes of yeast and toffee. Fairly smooth with a rather dry bitterness in the finish. Decent, but not my favourite Czech yeast lager.

I’m not a fan of lager beer, I found them very alike one to another until I visit the Chzeck Republic, I found many nice surprises and this beer was one of them. First of all an entire aroma of malt and hops, because it’s a non pasteurized beer, many organoleptic features remains, yellow opaque colour and frotty head make an excelent combination. Taste is very much up the average fresh and bitter in exactly propotion to made a unique experience. The end is simply enjoyable, biterness and aromas play together in your tongue Definitely, Chzeck know how to brewer lagers.frothy,
