Sweet artificial vanilla on the nose, little alcohol, plastic, sugar, reminds of some cream ale. Flavor is solventy alcohol, stodgy syrupy malts, very rusty and dull finish, modest bitterness, no aroma hopping. Almost medium bodied, strong but soft carbonaton. Sadly reminds me of Sofiero Original Ale somehow, just stronger. Malt liquor for the oktoberfest-season.

It’s not bad, not in the least. If it’s there, it’s OK. I might even get it again. It was at Whole Foods and rather cheap. Especially if I want one beer with a sandwich for dinner--this will do. Didn’t taste like it had that many malts to me. Mostly just sweet, with sugar and candy flavors. beercamel (84), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, and toffee. Taste of the same with some more sweetness and caramel coming through. This medium bodied brew is quite tasty and is a big surprise. I was expecting much worse. Nice job. fonefan (11822), VestJylland, Denmark
