| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 29, 2007 Draft at the PA. Renaissance Fair. Pours aclear amber brown, good clarity with a small offwhite head that holds its retention fairly well. Lighly sweet malt aromas, lightly bready, fresh grain notes and maybe a hint of caramel with a light zesty spiceyness. Body is medium, lightly coating on the palate with a soft carbonation. Medium sweet malt flavors are fairly similar to the aromas. Fresh bready, grainy flavors, sorta sweet but not sticky and maybe a little nutty with the subdued spicey hop bite hiding in the background. Lightly sweet, fresh malty finish. A solid O-fest/Marzen.
