Commercial Description:
This medium bodied Amber Ale is brewed with all English ingredients. English caramel malts add to the color and flavor as the English hops round out this rich, malty ale.

Draught at the PA. Renaissance Fair. Small tan head with decent retention and some splotchy lace. Clear amber hued brew. Nose is lightly spicey, lightly malty and grainy. Med/light body, clean on the palate, sorta watery. Gently nutty flavors, caramelly, lightly grassy hops., earthy, bready flavors. Dry, crisp finish. Decent amber lager.

On draught at Penn Renn Faire. Pours a darker amber with a foamy light tan head that laced and sustained. Aroma of citrus, caramel, toasty and bread. Flavor was lightly bitter grapefruit, hops, caramel, toast and nuts.

On tap at the PA RF... Appears a dark copper toned amber with a frothy, off-white head that slowly fades away. Tons of lacing is left around the glass. Smell is sweet, malty, grainy, with caramel, & toffee notes. Taste is of the aromas with a light cocoa dusting that makes the brew a bit more interesting. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, sweet, and balanced.
