On tap @ the Draft House (Atlanta airport): Pours a clear copper with a thin off-white head with nice lacing. Aroma has a mild hoppiness that brings out the citrus. Flavor is citrusy with a crisp dry bitter finish. Refreshing!

Had this beer on tap at Shem creek Bar and grill, Mt. Pleasant, SC. Nice Amber, No head when it got to the table, but nice level of carbonation. No lacing to speak of. Mostly Dry Hops and a good amount of Malt, thus a slightly sweet finish.

Beer of the Month Selection (July 2008): Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced a hazy golden body topped by a small white head of foam which quickly diminished. Clean hops aroma. Medium body with a moderate mouthfeel. Bitterness starts easily, crests, and ebbs quickly, with a sweet undercurrent. Crisp carbonation throughout. Crisp hop palate with a dry roastiness at the end, counterpointed by a slight maltiness. Nice complex flavor layering using a simple palate make this a good drinking experience.

Light copper color......fluffy head. Faint floral aroma, with subtle citrus notes. Mild hop flavor up front......mouthfeel has a slight crispness. Malt flavors balance out the back......finish has just a hint of a citrus tang. A very easy drinking pale ale.
