The only craft beer they had on tap. The body was dark gold with a white head. The aroma was oranges with caramel and iced tea. The taste was bitter with grapefruit and some almods. Very smooth. This is good stuff. pintocb (510), Darsville, Georgia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 24, 2006 Nice clear golden color. Not much head. Has a nice subtle hop character in the nose. The taste is balanced with a slightly...very slightly...bitter aftertaste. This is a great every day beer. If you can find it on tap it is even better. cbkschubert (1975), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

Clear golden color with a mild aroma, the flavor of this beer is very nice. It has a citric hoppy taste with a nice malt balance. Finishes very crisply. chadzter (94), huntsville, Alabama, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 8, 2006 Pretty standard american pale, a little bland, but decent. Definitely clean and pretty drinkable, just not much going on maltwise and not quite enough hopswise. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 2, 2006 Draught pint at Six Pence Pub in Savannah, GA. Light honey-apricot-thick syrupy body, with a modicum of lasting head....the nose at first shows lots of sweet fruity character, with apricots and bananas prominent, but candy and nuts, vanilla-almond and maple sugar show up quickly, a riot of complex sweet, lightly acidic aromas, with hops growing in tune with the massive sweet sensations....it’s absolutely stunning and unique....the body doesn’t hold quite the same thrills, but is well-defined and constructed nonetheless, with light woody touches, moderate fruity sweetness, veering off into some serious dry bitterness at the very end with malty-syrupy detours in a very juicy, full mouthfeel....low to moderate carbonation, ridiculously easy to just slam down unthinkingly even though there is so much to ponder....a treasure.
