| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 19, 2005 Pours light golden with a slight haze, and fully receding white head. Aroma of blueberries, much like the ones picked from my backyard. Taste is lightly sweet with blueberries, bready malts, with lively carbonation. Finishes on a somewhat flat note, I’m crediting the wheat for that. There’s only a slight lingering berry taste. This is a good beer, for what it is. I was really impressed with the authentic blueberry aroma. tronraner (1938), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 15, 2005 (Knoxville Brewers’ Jam). Pours clear orange-yellow with faint white head. The aroma is, surprise, blueberries. The flavor is, again, blueberries, with some zest and light malt. Meh. JMerritt (1325), Macomb, Illinois, USA

I’m a sucker for a fruit beer when it seems as though the fruit addition is non-artificial. And that is what I got here. Pale gold with a frothy, whipped egg-looking white head. BIG blueberry aroma, very fresh, you can almost picture the little blue berries with their slightly frosted skins. Fresh blueberries carry well into the flavor, with some sweet malted milk balls - it’s like drinking a blueberry pancake. I really fell in love with this. Cable (286), SE, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 25, 2005 Sampled from bottle, gift from Staleyiv. Pours a brilliant gold with a lasting white head. The aroma of this beer is by far its most unique and enticing feature. The blueberries and bready malts grab your attention immediately and invite you to take a taste. The flavor is balanced and the finish is clean and dry for a fruit beer. I appreciate the fact that the fruit is present, but it is not syrupy sweet. The very low carbonation might make one think that the body is lighter than it is. A very good fruit beer. stiffy42j (67), Brunswick, Georgia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 14, 2005 Smells like blueberries and flowers. Blueberry in flavor but not as much body as I had hoped. More flavor is apparent in the after taste though. Not my most favorite Sweetwater brew but it is still good. This is a good summertime beer. snclrlws (19), Hanover, New Hampshire, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 10, 2005 No head, light color, not really much to look at, but is a good, refreshing beer, especially on hot summer days in Georgia. Tastes like blueberry pancakes, not overdone on the fruitiness. Some subtle flavoring, not just a fruit beer. Very nice little number.
