On tap at Sweetwater a nice near black color with a thin brown head. A dark chocolate and roasted malt aroma that carries on into the flavor. Smooth and malty with a nice underlying of hops.

On tap at Sweetwater 06/05 and bottled bottles. Near black with some dark reddish hues and a nice tan head.Aroma of roasted malt, toffee, and chocolate. Taste is quite sweet and chocolatey with restrained roastiness and lots of crystal with a vinous malty qualty. Faint bitterness in the finish, but still well balanced with maltiness. Overall a nice porter, but falls just short of excellence.

12oz bottle. Nice dark brown pour, sweet and malty. Flavors include nice sweet malts and some roastiness, but not too roasty. Nice chocolate in it too. Medium thin body, but its a just a brown porter, so I wouldnt expect anything thick or big.

Pours an opaque brown with a thin light brown head. No serious lacing. Smells sweet and malty, lightly fruity and light hops. Tastes of sweet rosated malt. Spicy with a light bitterness. Mostly sweet dark malt. A long lightly bittersweet aftertaste. A bit thin for a porter IMO. Overall it’s too sweet and the flavors don’t mesh. Not for me.

On tap at Six Feet Under in Atlanta. Typical porter aroma, chocolate, caramel, slight nuttiness. Very dark brown, solid tan head. Nice chocolate flavor, a little roasty bitterness in finish. Medium body, smooth. Nice porter.

exodus?? is that some biblical shit they tryin to push on me in my beer?? Aight, well its dark, not black, but whatever comes before black. Kind of an acorn chocolate aroma, light choco at that. The body is thin, however it has good flavor and layers of good malts and chocolates, therefore, its like having a chocolate soda, all the goodness of chocolate, but the light flowing feel of soda.
