Clear sparkling body with an amber color. Nice malty sweet notes with some toasted malt and caramel as well. Over the palate hint of hops, light sweet fruit and hint of toffee. Mine had a pretty good size off-white head on it, but didn’t leave much in the way of lacing. The nose is malty with a little nuttiness in there also. The taste is also pretty decent. Nose is honey malt, light tart fruit, somewhat chalky, rich brown malt is there but hides in the back. Flavor is cocoa hops up front, some rich malt, more honey, a bit of fruit in the finish.
