Aroma is citrusy and creamy. Flavor is citric yet smooth. Actually there is some banana in there too. Different stuff. Almost like a weizen that has been turned into a white. aubreya (676), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 16, 2007 Pours a hazy amber yellow with a thick white head. The aroma is citrusy, grassy, orange and maybe some lemon, wheaty/sour. The flavor is sweet, slightly crisp on the mouth, sour, orange/citrus. The palate has little carbonation and is very refreshing. Sad that I couldn’t rate this one a little higher, it was a pretty good Belgian White. pojo41 (315), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 11, 2007 Bottle. Nice hazy light color. Decent head. Nice aroma of clove. Flavor of clove and wheat with that crisp witbier taste. Although I am not as big on Belgian whites as I am German weiss I thought this was a pretty decent beer. Very drinkable and refreshing. biggmike (480), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 8, 2007 Had this one from a bottle in a bar called Intermission in Pensacola, FL. When the waitress offered me a Hummer, I miust say I got pretty excited. When I tasted the beer my excitement came back. Good belgian white that was very aromatic and tasted citrusy. The pour had been a hazy yellow. Very smooth with a very high rating for drinkability. Good stuff. Quake1028 (633), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Draught. Orange hazy body, small head, decent retention. Minimal lacing. Nose of heavy wheat, wet grass, oranges and lemons. Nice flavor on this one - full of juicy oranges and a serious wheat kick. Medium bodied, nicely sticky palate. Finish is a bit bland, bringing down the overall impression of the beer. Good stuff. 5000 (2540), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Bottle: Pale yellow, a bit darker than most Wits, very hazy, large fizzy white head, spotty lacing.   Corriander and Citrus zest on the nose.   A bit dull on the tongue, light spices, a bit wheaty, falls off quickly.   Clean, but unfortunately finishes too fast.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Slightly mealy or cereal oriented after the finish.   Not much spice to hold onto here.   Decent because its fairly clean, but not as spiced as I would have liked.   It still remains fairly tasty tho.   Thanks Steven for all these bottles!
