Commercial Description:
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

From 12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy amber and a large creamy head. Aroma is citrus hops. Taste follows suit with definite citrus hop flavor. Great taste - hoppy but not overdone. Good IPA.

Twelve ounce bottle with "enjoy by" date, pours a mostly clear amber orange body with a tall offwhite head. Lavish patchy lacing is left on the glass. Aroma is citrusy hops, with distinct notes of apricot and ruby red grapefruit. Undertones of caramel. Medium body and carbonation with some hop oiliness. Taste has lots of citrusy hop bitterness, but not overdone. Caramel malt adds ideal balance. A leafy cannabis/cat urine hop note is present that I’ve noticed before only in Bells Hop Slam. Maybe the best southern IPA I’ve had. Glad I can find this one locally.

Draft. Pours a rich amber with a thick beige head. Aroma is citrusy and sweet. Flavor is moderately hoppy with some pine and grapefruit; rich caramel malts round it out. Palate is rich but not heavy. Nice, drinkable IPA.

bottle poured into a pint glass. i was pleasantly surprised by this one. pours a cloudy orange with almost no head. aroma jumps out of the glass and is very pleasant with sweet floral hops, some citrus, a bit of cinnamon, and some biscuity malt. flavor is a nice balance between bitter hops and malt. some sweet flavors come through on the back end. palate is not as bitter as many IPA’s but smooth and easy to drink. not a bad beer at all.

12 oz bottle poured deep orange and almost golden in color with a creamy white head. Great citrus aroma (mostly grapefruit, but some lime and lemon) and some pine resin in there too. Slight sweet taste with honey and some biscuit/bready in the body. Not overpowering bitterness. Nice bitter to match the malt. Very nice IPA. Different from many of the hop bombs you see today.
