Commercial Description:
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

Bottle. Dark orange pour with minimal head. This was bigger and better than I expected. Packs a lot of flavor for an under 7% IPA. Floral hops, pine, citrus, spicy citrus rinds on the nose, and a little sweet, hinting at a malt backbone. A little sweet malt and resin added to the taste. Very bitter, even for an IPA. I’ve not been on an IPA kick lately, but this is quite nice.

Bottle pours hazy copper with thin white head. Aroma is hops flower. Firste taste is a little hops bite then sweet with bitter hops finish. Mild bitterness for IPA but very tasty. Really like this one.

Bottle from ucusty. Caramelly orange pour with small to medium off white head. Mild citrus and pine on the nose, mild graininess, and a touch of funk. Perhaps a slightly oxidized bottle. Taste is of bitter grapefruit peel, mango candy, sweet malt and bitter pine. Ends pretty clean and fast with lingering candy fruits. A touch fluffy in body with a nice medium carbonation. Very tasty.

Very quality brew. Had a pint in the ATL airport and enjoyed with crab cake sandwich. Wonderful brew, wonderful brewery. Adding it to wish list.

Bottle, courtesy CaptainCougar. Amber color pour, thin watery head, and some decent lacing. Just pure pine in the aroma, seriously. NOTHING but pine. Simply an incredible hop presence. Extremely chock full of pine flavors and some citrus, too. Hoppy as all get out. Very crisp and drinkable. Remarkably focused on the pine aspect. Not overly balanced but who cares?

Bottle: Hazy copper pour, minimum head. Aroma is this beer’s #1 quality - citrusy, almost like grapefruit. I can’t stop smelling it! The flavor is smooth, full and hoppy - like an IPA should taste. If you’re an IPA fan, you can’t lose with this beer. IMHO, the best beer Sweetwater puts out.

Bottle: Copper pour with a smaller sandy colored head. Malt, resin, and piney notes blend together with a little citrus sweetness. Smooth and clean drinking with plenty of citrus hops, a little carmel, and bits of pine. Nice, wet, and soothing. Just right after cutting the grass. Thanks Kpresley77.

Bottle courtey of Ucusty, pours hazy copper with thin white head. Nose is very interesting with orange and grapefuit. Flavor is bitter hops up front and bready, biscuit mid to finish. Nice beer.
