Commercial Description:
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Bottle from robbmotiwalla. Thanks!
Pours an attractive medium to rich amber with an offwhite head that hangs around for a bit. Smell is fruity and earthy hops. Perhaps some light citrusy quality. Flavor is thin and mildly bittered up front, while the body is average. Light malt backing and it needed more hops for my taste. Kind of hop tea like, I thought. Not bad, but not one of my preferred IPAs.

12oz from ucusty - thanks, David! Man, this one goes down smooth on the first hottish day of the year. I believe this is my first Sweetwater brew to boot. At any rate, this is a really solid IPA with a nice honey smell in the nose to complement the floral qualities. Full but not cloying, sweet but not slick, this is a lively citrus-heavy brew that would be a major session favorite if it were available locally.

Draft at Atlanta airport location. Poured a clear amber color with a large frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate floral tart citrus aroma. Medium body with slick texture. Heavy bittersweet flavor with a heavy bittersweet finish of long duration. This is a standout drinkable brew.

12oz bottle. Quite floral on the nose. Pleasant cranberry and blackberry on pastry notes. Mild citrus bitterness. Pours a nice clear copper. Decently bitter with some orange and grapefruit zest up front with toasted biscuity malt on the backside. Medium bodied. Lively carbonation. Crisp and very refreshing. A nice IPA. Thanks Matt!

Strong smell of hops. Surprising for Georgia. Well balanced. Nice aroma. Much better than other Sweetwaters.

12 ounce bottle- has a pleasant melon/fruit aroma. Poured a very attractive deep goleden color and clear. Thin to no head. Taste was sharp with a little fruitiness, almost too sweet.

Bottle from Ucusty. Orange colored with a nice foamy white head that lasted for quite a while. Smells like a wonderful IPA. I couldn’t wait to try this one. Taste has a very nice malt presence and has a very nice hop finish that keeps me wanting more. Great brew.
