This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

If this beer had followed thru with it’s inital blast of juicy pineapples in the nose, this would be one incredible beer. Aroma was fresh, juicy pineapples with a nice supporing malt backbone. Appearance was a hazy amber color. Mouthfeel was watery. Flavor was nearly non existant either good or bad. Watery mouthfeel and taste as well, with a slight citrus hop taste. The aroma was just incredibly inviting, but it failed to follow-up. Too bad.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Kramer17801. Pours a slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Distinct aroma of pine and citrus. Medium body with lightly sweet, pale malts and then lots of sweetish, fruity accents from the aroma hops. Lovely. 060407
