Commercial Description:
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

Bottle from friend in Alabama. Beautiful Cascade citrus character throughout, big nose, definite flavour. Malt balance is almost perfect. Could end a bit more bitter for a true to style IPA but this is a great drinking beer.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop was marked month 5 Week 1 from an unknown year. Why do so many bottlers not put the year in the bottling date??? It poured a small sized head of foamy with a frothy top fine to large sized off-white colored bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated orange brown colored body. The mild aroma was hoppy and orange peel. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish. The thin flavor contained notes of hops orange peel and was crisp & clean. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again.

Bottle. I decided to try this one again and I was really suprised. I have recently been very underimpressed w/ this brewery, but w/ beers like this one they could redeem themselves. They retooled the recipe and the result is a larger and more defined hop profile. Grapefruit from start to finish. Finest IPA brewed in GA I’d say.

Via trade with goldtwins. Very sweet hoppy aroma, man did this smell great. The aroma reminded me enough of a double IPA that I had to rec-check the bottle. Pours a decent head with a very gold body. Taste is sweet and hoppy and decently balanced. Very smooth with a nice tangy palate hovering after the sip. Good IPA. Thanks Larry.

Bottle at Chastaine Park...nice translucent gold color. Nice hoppy aroma, piney, citrusy...with a very light malt presence. Medium bodied..big bitter finish. Pretty tasty session IPA....certainly good enough to throw back while watching B.B. King blow away the amphitheater!*******re-rate, on tap at Uncler Ernies in Panama CIty..labeled as Innes IPA. Much better than the bottled version, especially in the aroma..big floral hop nose...great citrus character in the flavor...bitterness more intense than in the bottle. Great lingering sticky mouthfeel....very tasty.

12oz bottle-Aroma of hops and citrus on a hazy amber with a head that does not retain itself and but has some nice lacing. A flavor of caramel and hops on a light to medium body. Not impressed. I expect a lot of hops and i"m not getting it w/ this IPA. Not bad but could be better.

Via CaptainCougar. The beer pours to a lightly hazy vibrant amber body with a very large and lasting white head. Very nice lacing. The aroma is very juicy. Tangerines, nectarines, flowers, and sweet fruit juicy madness. All I have to say about the aroma of this is "holy fuck!". The flavor is juicy and hoppy. Fruity and floral. I’m really liking the balance of this beer. It’s not overly bitter and has a light malty feel. The palate is fruity juicy, nice feeling. I’d definitely drink this IPA again. Perhaps the best "regular" IPA I’ve ever had.

Stole this one from my Father. This is his favorite beer. Sherlock’s East Cobb knows him as THE IPA GUY. Golden in color. nearly perfect lacing. The AROMA!!! wow! heavy Floral aroma. Obvious dry hopping and lots of it. Simcoe maybe. the palate is nothing overwelming. very light and ok balance. good and smooth overall.
