Commercial Description:
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Enjoyed at Noogfest-II. Growler from KP? The “new” IPA with Simcoe I think…Good looking brew, and nice orange amber. Wonderfully fresh hop aroma with grass and citrus and a very light malt presence. Crisp! Super hoppy citrus and spice (earthy). Minimal malt taste. Grassy with a lightly sweet hint. Semi-dry, crisp finish. Good IPA.

Hazy copper color with a well-defined, sustained, creamy, white head. Aroma is dominated by grapefruit and lemon grass that come off as separate, distinct, and intense components. So intense that it shows a resinous quality. Flavor is beautifully bold. Intense citrus, grapefruit pith, resin, lemon, and grassy flavors are off set with a wonderful IPA acidity and a firm, sweet malt. A keeper.

Great hops. You get a wif as soon as the top is off. Pours between a light orange and a lovely gold. The malt hits first then as it fades the hops really take over. Not as hoppy as a double IPA, but for a regular IPA this is close to the top. Re-rate: Tons of grapefruit in the flavor, as well as more of a malty backbone. Feels creamier than I remember as well. I already liked this beer, but now it is amazing. I could drink this all damn day.

Thanks to CaptainCougar for this one: Hazy orange with a thin white head. Citrusy hop aroma with a little caramel sneaking in as well. A relaxed citrus/floral flavor. Not quite the hop bomb that I usually hope for in IPAs. But it wasn’t bad.

I’m a big fan of IPA’s, and while this is niot the best I’ve had, it did not disappoint. Had the fruity aroma (apples, oranges) you would expect, and was highly hopped. A good bitterness in the finish, and an overall good drinking beer. This is one I could see having several of at once. Glad to see the local brewery did well.

Bottle courtesy of goldtwins, thanks Larry! Pours a sunny orange with some sediment with a off white head that has ok retention. Nice hoppy aroma, full of both pine and citrus and even a bit of light caramel. The flavor has a nice crisp pine going on...perhaps a bit of citrus or grass with some light sweet malt torwards the front. Bittersweet over the tounge, at points even a tad sour leading to a nice long lasting hoppy finish. Pretty decent IPA overall.

Thanks to Goldtwins for this one....Pours out a very nice copper color with a small slowly fading head. Aroma is of floral and citrus hops. Taste is very well balanced with a nice hop bite, very good solid IPA, this would be a regular if I could get it up here.

12oz bottle from SpringsLicker! Copper color with a medium, quickly receding head. Good hoppy aroma with some grass and grapefruit notes. Well balanced, a bit mellow on the hop bite, at least for my tastes. Medium body and mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Slightly warming finish, a solid IPA!
