Commercial Description:
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

12 oz bottle, via CaptainCougar. Pours a slightly cloudy copper with a fluffy beige head. Sediment in bottle. Aroma equally balanced between caramel malt and citric hops. Some pine and grapefruit notes. Well balanced flavor as well, leaning slightly towards the malty end of the spectrum. Finish is softly bitter. Medium bodied with very soft fine bubbled carbonation. Well rounded and creamy. A decent IPA, not overly assertive, more of a mellower earthy version.

Strawberry banana pour with a lasting, creamy head. The aroma is nicely dryhopped - highlighting citrus and sweet fruits. More hops are highlighted in the body - from grapefruit to grass - they steal the show. And unfortunately everything else - overpowering any malt presence. Slight bitter finish is peppered with alcohol spiciness. While this is good and drinkable, it falls into the one-dimensional IPA category - no malt to be found throughout.

Poured a hazy amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of light pine, floral hops, citrus, and tropical fruits. Taste of grapefruit, caramel malt, light spices, and a medium bitter finish.

Balanced full flavored IPA. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Wonderland of hoppy bitterness. Beautiful unfiltered redish orange color.

Poured from a bottle this beer appears a coppery orange with a nice lacey head. Aroma is citrus with grapefruit...almost pineapple and floral hops with a piney zing. Piney juniper hops with citrus in the flavor followed by a dry malt finish. A slight peach tone is present in this brew with a bready character as well. Medium to light body with a good level of fizz on the tongue. Well balanced and enjoyable brew.

12oz bottle from captaincouger! Upon opening a great release of oranges and citrus comes out, very fresh! Pours a dark cloudy orangeish color with a with a white frothy head that leasves thick lacing. nose again is big citrus, lots of grapefruit, orange and hops. taste is pretty dry, some grapefruit and orange notes, light hops, and a bitter finish.
