The nose is malt, grass, and hops; the flavor follows with a nice blend of slightly soapy hops and biscuity malts. The best thing about this brew is the lovely, well-balanced long bitter finish. redlight (1475), Winter Park, Florida, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 14, 2005 Pours deep gold/light amber, slightly hazy. Tiny sudsy head. Gorgeous fruity, flowers, grapefruit, sweet hop aroma. Big hop bitter but still friendly. Honey, grass, hay, lemon, soapy perfume. Notes of earth. Excellent balance from the nose to the dry finish. All the flavours complement each other and weigh well against the vigorous hops. The dry hop sure gave this beer a tonne of character. The taste "wave-length" of this beer is very short. Very clean. With alcohol being disguised with cunning genious. Fairly straight-forward, quite nice.

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 4, 2005 Pours a hazy yet bright red/orange color body with a foamy, off-white head. Earthy, floral aroma. Flavors are strong but not sour grapefruit with a tight floral finish. Very easy to drink from the second it pours and it just gets better. A very good IPA! | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 31, 2005 Draft at Music City Brewer’s Fest. Amber in color with a creamy off-white head. Tons of hops in the nose with grapefruit, orange, and flowers standing out. The flavor was not super bitter, but very smooth and relaxed with a nice citrus blend. The body was light and a dry texture. My favorite IPA of the fest. Gachupines (292), USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jul 31, 2005 Floral aroma, bitter taste of hops. This IPA is fairly strong up front with a nice fairly clean finish. Always a nice standby as its usually easy to find in Atlanta.
