Commercial Description:
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

Bottle. Golden copper, perfectly clear, pretty small white head. Bigtime nose, smells like slicing into a grapefruit on the backporch overlooking my freshly cut yard. Citrusy hops and grass dominate the flavor as well, with a nice clear hoppy finish. A world-class IPA in my book.

Appearance – Pours a ruby orange color with 1 finger of off-white head. The head consists of large bubbles resting on top of lots of small bubbles. After the head resides, there is a spotting of lace on the glass and massive bubbles left over to sit atop and watch over the brew below. Smell – Lots of caramel, a hell of a lot more than any other IPA I have had so far. Some pine and citrus as well, but not much. Taste – This has that taste that I just don’t find to be all that attractive of a taste. There must be a certain hop variety out there that I just can’t muster up any love for. This has a lot of balancing malts in it giving it quite a malty, caramel taste. The hops are not too strong at all, just a little bit of piney bitterness to it. Mouthfeel – Mouthfeel is good, nice and light. There is no lingering taste (there is an aftertaste, but it is very subtle) and it glides down your throat quickly. Drinkability – I think the hop variety kills it for me, but I can’t ding it on that aspect alone. This is a solid IPA, yet it does seem boring. There really isn’t much going on with this one, and I would say one is more than enough.

From a 12oz bottle this IPA poured a hazy orange, foamy white head, lots of lacing and plenty of unfiltered "sediment". Strong citrus aroma along with hops and malt. The taste is definitely grapefruit and hops. Period. Solid IPA that makes you want to drink a few of them.

Thanks emacgee! Nice amber pour with a white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma. Taste is good malt and good hops. Well-balanced. Nothing overdominating the other. Leaves a nice refreshing mouthfeel. A little sweetness, nice hoppy flavor. Nice lacing on the glass.

On tap at Taco Mac during epic free shirt quest, after they had run out of the IPA I really wanted to try. Pours hazy orange amber with a small white head. Also embarrassingly pours down my shirt on the first swig when I try to watch TV and drink at the same time. Nice hoppy grapefruit aroma, but taste was a little too malt-dominated. Medium bodied with a slightly bitter finish.

Had on tap and in bottle with in 2 days, very consistent. Pour is cloudy deep copper with small off-white head. Aroma is big hops, pine and citrus. Also some caramel malt aroma and floral notes. Flavor is big hops, citrus dominate-grapefruit and orange. Finish is a piny and malty with a hint of grass. Again, very nice beer - above my expectations. One of the better IPA’s I have had in a while.

Bottle. Smells of musky tangerines and fresh hop resin. Sweet and citrusy. Pours a murky orange with a thin head. Sweet orange, followed by a cake-like maltiness and then more citrus. Immensely balanced leaning heavily on hop flavor without overpowering bitterness. Very drinkable with a mouth-tingling texture.
