Commercial Description:
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

The more of this beer I drink the more it is becoming one of my favorite IPA’s Nice crisp, clean hoppiness that goes down smooth. 7/12/2002: The BIG hoppiness of this one will hit you right between the eyes from the first sip to the last. Nice bright orange color with little head retention. If you like your IPA’s hoppy then this is the beer for you.

This one pours a deep, hazy, almost opaque coppery amber with a thick, orangy-tan head that sticks around for a bit. Aroma is strong and very evergreenish. Flavor is seriously hoppy, like drinking a pine tree, with just a whisper of sweetness, and mildly bitter. Texture is smooth and jazzy, very pleasing, leaving an evergreen aftertaste. I have had this in a bottle, and it is better on-tap! Strongly recommended to all hops fans.

Pours a medium gold color. Leaves a nice head which thins out. A very enjoyable IPA which is slightly bitter in a finish. I’ve been extremely impressed with this beer.

Bottle. Pours nice darkish orange, with a medium off white head. Aroma is awesome lots of flowery hops, pinappley hops, grapefruity hops, and some resiny hops. This beer really has an awesome aroma. The flavor is also tastefully hoppy, not overdone, not trying to be a double IPA, but perfect pineapple, some spicy notes, and a bit of malts for balance. Mouthfeel is medium, this beer has session potential, but can also be savored. Sweetwater really made an awesome IPA with this one.

This nearly clear brew pours with an aromatic effervescence. A deep golden color with a hint of orange. A solid floral nose rises from the glass as it approaches the mouth. A well rounded mix of maltiness and hops assails the palate. Bitterness balanced by sweetness. nearly dry finish. Well crafted beer. Surprising that I really like this one as I am more into the Belgians than the hoppy ones.
