Commercial Description:
Road trips are carefree adventures that usually take unexpected twists, like when we created this beer. It started out as a Pilsner recipe, but halfway through it blew a tire and Ale yeast was put on as the spare. The result was so good, it never could have been planned!

NIce smell sort of an outdoor smell.. Strong earthy flavor w\ a hint of pepper. It’s a really good seasonal brew for the summer season.

bottle. this could definitely be a solid craft lawnmower beer.... very drinkable, full of flavor and hops for a blond ale. pours a very light golden color with average white head. nice lingering hops and sweet malts on the nose. medium body with a good hop profile and well balanced. for a very flavor-able light session beer - this one hits the spot.

Yellow, big white head. Very subtle aroma - and by "subtle", I mean "almost non-existent". Big crisp toasty malt flavors up front. Crisp, dryish hop finish. Sampled at Asheville Brewgrass 2007. Oh, and I almost forgot - # 1900 for me! WooHoo!

Hazy yellow color with nice citrus hop aroma. The taste was mainly refreashing grapefruit.

Thanks to CaptainCougar for the bottle. Slightly hazy straw color with a small head. Aroma is grassy and floral hops with sweet malt that borders on honey. Also some lemon. Taste is fruity/lemony with a bitter end thats really quite good. A great hot weather beer.

Bottle from goldtwins - thanks! Pours a soft yellow with a modest white head and light lacing. Nose is mild of hops and maltiness. Taste is more hoppy (citrus) than expected for this style. A little grassey and malty, but a nice session ale nonethless.
