Aug 4, 2007 Bottle from trade. Pours a light golden color with a medium off white head. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, and spice. Taste is mellow and dry. Has a malty sweetness in the finish. Tasty but nothing special.

Aug 3, 2007 Bottle. Sweet peach, malt, and pine hops aroma. Hazy orange-yellow with small head. Flavor matches aroma with hops the dominant flavor. Nice easy drinking beer - an excellent blond ale.

Aug 3, 2007 12oz bottle Best if enjoyed by 08/20/07, thanks to shp555 and mystery swap 2.0. Clear golden straw with a one finger white head that fades to a creamy film. Smells like a fruity pilsener--grassy and slightly herbal hops, sweet grain and biscuits. Why the hell is this so bitter? Strong earthy bitterness followed by the more of the same fruitiness and a little bit of grassy hops. The bitter earthiness actually did nothing but dissipate after the initial taste, but the earthiness prevailed throughout. Low carbonation with a light to medium body. This ended up kinda sucky.

Jul 29, 2007 Thanks to Ian for briinging this back from Ga. Pours a nice golden color and big white head. Light slightly hoppy aroma. Taste has a little hoppy bite that lingers a little into the aftertaste. Not as good as the IPA, but a nice change of pace.

Jul 20, 2007 Bottle. This bottle traveled from Georgia to Virginia and then from Virginia to CA (thanks alexanderj). Aroma of yeast, some bready malt, citrus, and some spice. Kind of watery on the palate and dry in the finish (like a lager). Not much initial flavor, but the aftertaste is a compilation of the aromas.
