On tap and from a growler at Sweetwater in Sterling. Pours a striking clear deep golden with a thick, billowy white head - picture perfect. Nose of fresh pils malt, light yeasty dough, a whiff of soft pretzels and a huge presence of herbal, zesty hops. Nice fresh bread-like pils malt base, with notes of lemon, light dough and then a blast of fresh hay and grassy noble hops. Has that striking, satisfying true pils bitterness which provides a nice bite in the finish. Medium, smooth body with lively carbonation - extremely drinkable. Just a beautiful pils - the ideal session beer.

A crisp pils with a fair amount of grapefruit, lemon and herbal hops. Full nose, light palate. Even provides some lacing in the glass. The key to keeping it quaffable is balance, and there is sufficient dry malt here to give the beer some heft.

Not clear appearance body with white head. Aroma is sweet, lemon, Taste is sweet, and you can taste the hops, some lemon, and light bread. Leaves a nice hoppy aftertaste. Clean light body with some crispness that is quite easy drinking. Goes well with seafood.

Draft. Pours a hazy gold with a very nice, fluffy white head. This one leaves behind great lacing. Very light nose with hints of bread, citrus, and hay. Medium carbonation with a medium mouthfeel. Bread and citrus rind on the palate. It isn’t as crisp as I would like it to be, but that being said, it is okay. Finishes very clean with just a bit of lingering bitterness.

From a wonderfully large and menacing growler via Kmweaver. Shared with my GF Cyn and likely a whole bunch of people later tonight. Pours golden sparkly clear with a nice big puffy white head. Really nice head retention, really nicely sealed flip top growler. Nose is sweet and light and pretty damn nice. Hoppy with a bright lemony citrus bite. This is really damn tasty and a little bitter and pretty damn awesome for the style, probalby wouldn’t seek this out unless I had known it was so good, this could be sessioned for days. Very drinkable and full of flavor.

Draft - Merrifield - Best of the bunch here in my opinion. Clear sparkling yellow, fluffy white head (great lacing). Fruity buttery florals and hints of grassiness rests on soft notes of white bread. Crisp hoppy lemony earth and touches of herbal pepper balance over soft sweet yeasty notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish. A very nice rendition which is perfect for food pairing or sessions...

Fresh growler courtesy of kmweaver. Pours a brilliant gold with a nice white head. Smells of light lemons, perfume, straw, hay, dry malt, hints of sweetness. Tastes subtly dry with a dominant bitterness. Lots of biscuits and earthiness as the beer settles out. Mouthfeel is crisp. Some hints of fruit on the finish. Excellent!

Clear straw body with a large, creamy white head that fades to a cover. Herbal/grassy hop dominated nose with lemon and light dough. The flavor is fairly dry, moderately bitter with lots of grassy and herbal hops, light lemon, light bread and a bit of hay. Medium body is round with moderate carbonation. Finish is long with a clean, crisp bitterness. Awesome.
