Amber-red. Vague caramel aroma, maybe some of those boring willamettes. Slightly astringent chocolate malt clashes with the otherwise rather sweet caramel. OK, not my beer.

Draught sample at the Mount Pleasant, SC location. Hazy dark amber-copper with a light touch of head....hint of buttery diacetyl, apple and apricot in the muted aroma, and as it warms, herbal qualities and increasing cidery-vinegary hints....very sweet, underattenuated and worty body, rather sour towards the finish...fairly full mouthfeel, low carbonation. Alas, this was one of the better examples from this brewpub...

Draught at Charleston, SC location. Clear amber color with no head and no lace. Subtle sprucy hop nose and flavor with a dash of caramel. Slightly bitter. Not bad.

Charleston, SC T-Bonz location: Fairly typical, tasty, amber ale with late hop aftertaste. Moderately malty and worth a try.

Draught at T Bonz Charleston. Semi-opaque deep amber with thick white head. Slight diacetyl in aroma but not bad, the caramel malt predominates. Sweet body but not fruity. More like sweet nuts, peanuts, pecans and cookie. Astringent. Average, drinkable, and sweet.

Nice looking deep red. Malt dominated aroma and palate, doughy. Not sure what else to say about a standard red, more Irish than American Pale.

On tap at Myrtle Beach Tbonz. A good malty flavor with a mild hop aftertaste.
