Mar 24, 2008 Bottle. Low white and quickly disappearing head. Aroma reveals the coriander that is definately in the flavor. Nice surporise. Otherwise mild and low hopped. Low carbonation. Long coriander aftertaste.

Mar 13, 2008 Bottle. Light hazy orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, spicy, moderate yeasty, sulphur. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration. (A bit like prune stew). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, to much carbonation. (250208)

Mar 1, 2008 Hazy straw yellow; small, but persistent dense, off-white head. Very spiced! I’m getting bog myrtle, cypress, maybe lavender. To the detriment of anything else. Lavender, obviously; very outspoken. Discreet alcohol; not enough for extra sweetness. Also a flavour like the aroma of billberry leaves. Medium to well-bodied, bit burning MF. Honest: shocking at first, but it grew on me.
