Commercial Description:
Een ongefilterd, niet gepasteuriseerd bier met hergisting op fles. Een pittig blondje, met kruidentoets en volmondige mout smaak. Ook komen er heel lichtjes bloementoetsen om de hoek kijken..

Bottle(bockbier) popped the cap and the beer shot out all over the place. I hope it didn’t screw up the carbonation, oh well. Pours a hazy orange/brown with a tall rocky white head. Smells really good. Light lemon and lime. Some floral hop notes, and mint. Where to start, this is pretty complex, but everything compliments everything else. It’s pretty strong at 8 percent starts mildly sweet and sour just like a grapefruit, the mouth turns very crisp and brings with it a very fresh hop flavor, and then ends dry with a light alcohol burn. As it goes down, a nice lacing is left on the glass, more light malt flavor comes forward. Yum.

from crackedkettle.com - cloudy dark copper-orange colour with a little persistent beige foam; charming aroma of grapefruit and almonds; tart with a high but fine carbonation; medium to full malt body, fair and quite astringent bitterness; long almondy and bitter finish - very good!

(Bottled) Opaque amber with a medium, slightly lemonadey head. Tripel-like aroma with honeyish malt, yeast, cardamom, orange-peel, coriander, and grassy hops. Very grainy-malty, sweetish flavor with berries and some grassy hops, reminds me of Stille Nacht. Medium to full-bodied with somewhat high carbonation. Feels stronger than it is, yet not alcoholic at all. A pleasant, quite complex and daring Tripel-Barley Wine hybrid.

Bottled@GBBF2007. Hazy woodeny amber colour with big foamy white head. Aroma is yeast, hops, caranmel malts and slight alcohol. Flavour is hoppy, honeyish, caramelly, yeasty and overall quite sweet. Quite much spices also.

Bottle, GBBF 07. Cloudy opaque gold, bubbly white head that fades. Roast pork and apple sauce, malty sweetness. Mouth is unusual and meaty, pork again, some fruit and a nice rounded finish.

Bottle. The cloudy, ruddy-brown beer is eager to leave the bottle, and the head starts creamy, but turns into a small film. Interesting sourly fruit aroma with spices and flowers. Oranges and bitter almonds. Flavours are actually quite bitter, probably from the spices, but underneath lurks sour fruit, mostly oranges. The spices give a floral touch. Medium to full body. Complex ang highly recommended.
