Sweet bready malty aroma with strong spicy notes of ginger and pepper. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied, slightly fizzy carbonation. Malt-accented base yeasty and light-fruity taste with spices getting stronger towards the sweet and bready, also pretty alcoholic finish with shades of herbal hops. Imo not particularly rounded and a bit too spicy (07.IV.09).
