| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 22, 2008 33cl bottle: Pours muddy amber/brown with a creamy stable head. Aroma is heavy sweet of yeast, caramel & manuer - actually quite sour/herbal also. Hmmm... Taste is yeasty and has a slight metallic note. Soft & ok mouthfeel. One of those one time experiences. Not bad - not very good either! MiP (9099), Sønderborg, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 25, 2008 Bottle, 6.5%. Slightly metallic aroma. Almost clear dark brown colour. Big, semi-stable tan head. The flavour starts off yeasty, turns malty with a sharp bitterness from the hops. Late roastedness, hint of horse blanket. More on the hoppy side than malty. Quite high carbonation. I expected better from ’t Ij. pivnizub (5069), Bochum, Porúří, Germany
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/20 | Jan 10, 2008 Bottle: Hazy, ruby-amber coloured, bigger, extremely fluffy off-white head, quickly collapsing, sweetish spicy nose with a tinge of alcohol and yeasty barnyard; almost full bodied, soft MF, solid sweet-bitter flavour; brandy-like finish, warming, with a tinge of rotten vegetables. Not so convincing, tastes like an amateur brew........... ante (2956), Stockholm, Sweden

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 27, 2007 Tasted before it was all-bio about 2 years ago and am transcribing my notes. At the time it was for me the most disappointing of t"ij beers. It looks like I will certainly have to return to it next time I am at the brewpub.
