Muddy red, even though poured with minimal yeast, small fizzy head. Quite fizzy in the mouth. Sour husky graininess, in aroma. Pleasant roastiness, some sour fruitiness, dry spicy yeastiness. A little muddy, tastewise as well as looks, but very pleasant hops. Not particularly deep or complex. radiomgb (1921), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada Jul 22, 2008 Amber-brown in colour with a long lasting creamy off-white coloured head, good lacing. The aroma was lightly sour with some sweet caramel, fruits - apples and peaches. The flavour is sweet although sharp and acidic, some peaches, floral with some caramel. Lightly sour mouthfeel, medium body, high carbonation. Finishes again with some sourness, filling due to the high carbonation.
This is starting to fade although I have no idea how old this bottle was, the acitidy was starting to become a factor.
