Dark amber colour with a baige head. Sweet yeasty fruity aroma and a sweet malty hay taste. Medium body and a sweet light harsh finish.

Huge frothy head. Orange brown color. Caramel, nutmeg and licorice in the aroma and flavor. A hint of sourness coming up. Remarkably refreshing. Malty and a firm body. Unususal, but nice beer.

Bottle. Pours dark clear amber. Head is yellowish off white with small bubbles. Aroma is yeasty with lots of berry-like tones. Oranges, apricot, cherries and raspberries. Quite high carbonation. Taste is ’dark’ - based on caramel and the yeast, it maintains a dry chocolate/peppery darkness to it - and finishes suprisingly sour. Not that terrible full mouthfeel.

Muddy caramel to copper. Light off-white head. Oxidized dulled fruits aroma hints at cardboard, melon and sawdust. Slightly tart, wet, nutty and roasty (coffee?), but nowhere rich.. Slightly creamy texture make it seems like it may not be at its best flavour wise, but as it is (still quite a few months before expiration) it feels like a hole in T Ij portfolio.

(Bottle) Pours a lightly hazy deep amber body with a moderate taupe head. Aroma of plums, chocolate, maple syrup, and toasted malt. Flavor of malt, dark fruit, caramel, and herbs with a mildly bitter finish.

Bottle best before 6/04: Pours a rich garnet brown with a dense light tan head. Sweet malty and bready Belgian aroma. Body starts very light and thin with some spices and earthy, musty off-flavors before settling into a smooth, lightly dry finish. Not really much of a Belgian strong. Needs more body and to get rid of those off-flavors.

Strange bitter-sweet flavour, i got heaps of citrus in there, also a bit tart and acidic, i liked it, but had a slightly off flavour.
