33 cl bottle. Yeast in bottom. Reddish amber colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet toffee and caramel aroma. Tasty flavour of dried fruit and some wood, the beer ends up little sour and dry.

Bottle. Pours dark clear amber. Head is yellowish off white with small bubbles. Aroma is yeasty with lots of berry-like tones. Oranges, apricot, cherries and raspberries. Quite high carbonation. Taste is ’dark’ - based on caramel and the yeast, it maintains a dry chocolate/peppery darkness to it - and finishes suprisingly sour. Not that terrible full mouthfeel.

hazy brown with strong tan head. to call it a dubble is questionable, tastes more like a flemish sour with a sour nose with a mild malty flavor with some sourness to finish off, an enjoyable if not extraordinary beer

Refreshing dubbel but it could pack more flavor. On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy, dark caramel color with creamy beige head. Tart, fruity nose is somewhat cidery. Flavor is lightly sweet, still a bit fruity, going into a light and dusty bitterness. Somewhat creamy MF, going dry.

33oml bottle. Aroma is slightly sour. Doughy. Cactus and agave perhaps but with a definite underlying tartness. Weird. Pours a cloudy and chunky dark amber with a very frothy brownish white head that lasts forever. Good amount of bretty tartness on the tongue. Doughty malt. A touch of sugary sweetness. Fairly dry. Medium body with a tad too much carbonation. Yeast addition adds a whole lot of dustiness to the flavor . Finish is rather abrupt and dry. A very unique dubbel. Thanks Alan!

330ml Bottle - Hazy brown with a foamy beige head. Fruity aroma with spicy malt and hints of marzipan and more spicy elements. Fruity and slightly sweet taste with dried fruit, spices and more hints of marzipan. Very drinkable and I enjoyed this one.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clousy amber with a medium tan head and a smell of citrus and grapes. Taste is complex, spice, caramel, citrus, coffee, roasted malts, sweet malts and yeast. Nice finish. Very atypical, sour and spicey, for a dubbel, but really drinkable
