Draught @ ’t Ij, Amsterdam. Blonde. Fruity leafy hops and pleasant rounded bready malts. Tasty bitterness and off-dry in the mouth helps to keep this drinkable. Tasty.

330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Pale orange, heading towards green (shut up!). Big healthy tight head. Massive crisp hoppy aroma. Soft mouthfeel, but the hops kick in very very quickly. Decently smooth malty body too. Good pils. Scratch that - better than pils as it’s got the full body of top fermentation and non-filtration.

Clear gold color with rising bubbles and a thin sheen for head. Bready malt smell with mild hops. Smooth body. Mild flavor of bready malts and yeast with a lightly bitter finish. 123106

Pours out in a pale golden colour with a rich eruptive white foam. Yeasty aroma of crackers, biscuit and mild banana with dryish crisp notes of white bread, orange-peels, grass and minerals. Flavour starts quite sweet of crackers and oranges but finishes really dry and bitter of grassy hops with touches of yeast. Really nice, lot’s of character.

Deep cloudy orange-yellow brew. Aroma of honeyish malts, soft spicy yeast and some sweet floral hops. Roses/violets and sweet pilsner malt base. A light crispness. Palate is a bit watery though. Hops appear to have faded quite a bit. Light honey citrus on the back. Still has good bitterness. Not bad, but would like to try it fresher.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a medium white head and a smell of cinnamon and malt. Taste is hoppy, a bit more than your ordinary pilsener, but also has some citrus, apple, caramel, spice and yeast. A rather short finish, but not bad at all for a pilsener

Resin and pine bouquet. Flavor is good but enters too slow and leaves too fast. Rather thin body. An ok pilsner but not exceptional.
