Bottle at the brewery. Cloudy blond with a thin white head. Nose is wheaty and light, banana, some yeasty fizziness. Mouth is long and slightly dry, some more fruity tones there. Finishes slightly sweet and dry. Good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head and a yeasty aroma with hints of banana. The flavor is soft, like ripe fruits (peach, banana and grapes) and yeast. Nice creamy mouthfeel and a smooth finish. Very nice

Murky body of dull copper with a compact but lasting head. Lemon sweet nose, pretty full taste, smooth and mildly sweet with some coriander drying the finish.

Pours an effervescent deep golden with a large, frothy, full-lacing white head. Lightly sweet biscuity malty nose has some lemon citrus and honey character with a touch of grassy hops. Body starts fairly full and well-carbonated with a mild sweetness and crisp, tart, lemon and orange citrus balance before a drier, earthy finish with some corainder spice. A pretty nice witbier.

Bottle (Best by 3/2005) Yea, it was pretty old, but always worth a rating when you’ve never consumed it before. A golden, slightly hazy pour with a sticky white head. Oxidized suggetions in the nose, with a bisquity malt character. There’s also some honeyish sweetness and milf herbal notes. The flavor is also honeyish upfront, along with musty, oxidized cracker flavors. There’s also a hint of herbal notes in there somewhere. This bottle was really oxidized, so I’ll have to revisit this stuff.
