Feb 9, 2004 Amber to dark-amber color; creamy magnificent head. Quite poor aroma, soapy; and with some malt. Quite good body, some sweetness (but dryer at the end), malt caramel and liquorice; a touch of vegetables. The final is warm and can't completely hide the alcohol. May 20, 2002 Nut brown and very hazy with rich head. A beauty! Very flowery aroma. Full bodied with balanced sweetness. Loads of flowery hop flavour. Nice bitterish finish.

Dec 22, 2008 Bottle. Brown with a large off-white head. Aromas are yeast and berries with chocolate and bubblegum. Some liquorice herbal notes with sweet toffee. Flavours are chocolate and molasses. Bready yeast and berries with citrus and some liquorice. Good.

Sep 9, 2004 A red beer with a fine collapsing beige head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of coriander, grapes, and prunes. The flavor is sweet and very spicy with a dry woody end.

Jun 2, 2007 Hazy orange-foxy beer with a good yellow-beige head. Very perfumed nose, even raspberry. Yeasty, fusel alcohols betraying themselves. Again very perfumed taste, a hint at tartness, and a lot of esters. Fruity, like strawberry flavouring, but a tad artificial. Well bodied, slick, oily, alcohol. Artificial strawberry flavour remaining in the aftertaste. A bit perfumey, and it is not a beer that one would drink at more than one an evening. Would be hard to swallow fast, even discarding the ABV.

Oct 30, 2004 Hazy dark amber colored, creamy off-white head. Rosted malt and spices dominates the aroma with fruity and citrusy tones underneath. Flavor is extremely sweet fruity and orangy. Notes of plum, yeast and hay. Strange and different and a little cloying in the long run, still tasty.

Dark hazy nut brown, small creamy expresso head. Roasted nose with some sweet berries. Roasted - dry flavor. Chocolaty, a bit sugar in the finish. Quite carbonated.
