(3/13/08) Draught at Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Hazy amber color with a long-lasting white head. Aroma has some malt, some caramel, light spiciness, fruits, and some hops. Sweetish flavor, a bit malty at first with a bit of caramel finishes with nice hoppy bitterness with hints of citrus. Medium body and a good rounded mouthfeel. Very good.

Cloudy orange colour with a frothy off white head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of yeast, perfume and some spicyness. Malty, quite spicy flavor with fruity notes. Dry, spicy finish.

Tap at the brewery. Cloudy light chestnut orange colour, thick fluffy beige head. Nose is sherberty fresh watery with lots of fruit. Mouth is lively hoppy harsh with some wheatiness and lots of dusty suds. Finishes fruity and sudsy. Quite good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head and a biscuit, yeast and vanilla-like aroma. The taste is yeasty and spicey, with some citrus or white grapes too. A nice yeasty, hoppy finish. I like it.

Bottled. Oh, this was quite a crazy beer. Pours out in a vibrant hazy orange colour with a low thick head. Big funky and yeasty aroma of white pepper, mature cheese, fresh green hops, tart oranges and herbs. Medium bodied with with dryish yeasty and funky flavour of white bread, white pepper, basil, anise, white grapes and all-spice. Dryish, funky finish of anise, all-spice, wild yeast and white bread. Fantastic.
