Bottle. Fairly sweet and sugary, with some bubblegummy notes and a spicy, citric finish. Quite yeasty in character, with some noticable alcohol.

from crackedkettle.com - pours a hazy reddish-orange colour under a big creamy white/beige head, beautiful lace; strongly aromatic nose showing spices (coriander and ?), mango and orange peel; very soft and creamy mouthfeel; some sweetness and a medium malt body; very bitter and very dry finish with more notes of spices and exotic fruits - a superb beer with an impressive aroma !

Beautiful amber with an offwhite head. Nice fruity aroma (mango/banana?) supported with caramel. Light bitter finish.

[Bottled. Sampled at Monks Café, Stockholm.] Orangey colour with big head. Wonderful, funky nose - very much t ’IJ style - spicy/peppery/sourish - lots going on here. Flavour is very interesting, it’s loaded with flavours - fruit cake, citrusy hops and the bitterness is striking and longlasting and just plain wonderful. An unususal beer.

Good appearance, light carbonation but a large head nonetheless. Spicy, hoppy strong aroma with the usual IJ characteristics. A bit musky too, plus soap & pepper-like spices. Strange & unique. Hoppy & bitter taste with some tart and a lot of peculiar spiceness. Good mouthfeel, refreshing. Really strange & unlike anything I’ve had before.

Bottled - Many Thanks to Otje for this one. A hazy, reddy brown coloured beer with a huge rocky whitish hed and thick, sticky lacing. The aroma is very citrus with juicy oranges and lemons together with yeastiness and a kick of spice. The taste also has lots of fruitiness and tons of peppery hops. More yeast and more alcohol. A lovely mouthfeel full of flavours. Mouthwatering and very good.

Bottle. Slightly hazy orange with a dense longlived, beautiful head. Aroma of peach, citrus and nude running in Paradise. Fruity flavour with a lot of bitterness and not a lot of sweetness. Lovely beer.
