Hazy pale yellow. Geuze/Faro nose; wood, lemon/grape, cellary. Almondy bitter flavour, smooth, medium bodied. Bit strange.

Sep 24, 2005 Updated: Nov 23, 2005This has one of the most unique flavors I have had from a beer. Medium white head with sediment with opaque butterscotch color. Strong Bananas and caramel nose. Citrus spicey yet Malty cultured yeast that taste like meaty liver with onions in there at least that’s what I get out of the hops. Bitter finish. It smells one way and tastes entirely different very complex. Excellent beer.

Sep 21, 2005 33cl bottle. Pour a murky orange with a substail heady. good lacing. Aroma is understated fruity. flavor is sweet and malty with a lot of fruit and spice. No alchol whatsoever. Finishes sweet wiht just a bit of warming. Not too complex, but goes down easy. I could drink a ton of this.

Sep 8, 2005 Yellow to orangish color with a quickly dissapaiting white head. Aroma of mushrooms and mold and some cheese funk. A bit of bittereness and peppercorn in the body. weird.

Aug 28, 2005 11.2 oz bottle. Poured a cloudy orange with a nice frothy white head, lots of faint lacing all the way to the end. Aroma is good, but a little weak in my opinion. Smells of yeast, fruit (apple, tangerine), kind of musty. Flavor is pretty good, exactly what I’d expect from a triple, but somehow very little alcohol despite the 8%. Palate is lively on the tongue, then becomes very creamy for the finish. Really a pretty good beer all around, very very drinkable.

Aug 28, 2005 Large, frothy, lasting head. Orange medium body. Heavily hopped aroma. Feels bubblegum, grape, apple and melon. Some vanilla is also felt at first. Yet, it evaporates fast. The fruity aroma is stable. Sweet, a bit acidic. Bitter finish. The same fruits are felt in the flavor as in the aroma. Becomes more sweeter while drinking.

Aug 27, 2005 Draught. This beer is sticky and very unpleasant. I has the typical Dutch yeast taste which I don’t like. Very boring beer.
