slimchill (773), Austin, Texas, USA Sep 30, 2007 Draught at brewpub. Nose is yeast, citrus (lemon), and mild spice. Very cloudy, nearly opaque pale orange. Unimpressive color with an impressive foamy head. Nice lacing. Clean citrus flavor, opens sour and finishes sweet. Full bodied and satisfying mouthfeel. swoopjones (1862), Buffalo, New York, USA Sep 29, 2007 Bottle @ Gollem, Amsterdam. Cloudy, murky blonde tripel. Yeasty, floral, tripel like spiciness with slightly sour & funky finish. BeerBiker (1384), Odense, Denmark Sep 19, 2007 [Sampled in 2005.] Another nice brew from Holland. Notes of flowers, some sourness, stickyness, yeast, spices and alcohol. Okay brew! mgumby10 (1844), Jupiter, Florida, USA Sep 7, 2007 Pours a bubbly light golden color with a big, foamy off white head. Spicy citrus notes are evident, sweet malts, and candy sugar also show up in the nose. The taste is a little sour, a little funky, with tons of spice flavors. The candy sugar sweetness is apparent, but moreso in the background as the spices tend to mask it somewhat. The finish is crisp and sweet. Funky aftertaste leaves you interested. Solid little brew. Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark Sep 5, 2007 Dark golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, spice, barnyard and malt. The flavour is sweetish with notes of yeast, barnyard and malt. There isn’t really any bitterness, but the finish is rather dry. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 04/10/2005

badgerben (3586), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Aug 28, 2007 Apologies, but I can not remember who opened this at the Cellars tasting. Thanks, though! Gold color with a thin head. Both the aroma and the flavor are packed with sugary malt. No real hop bitterness, no spices, no yeastiness... Just sugary malt. Tasty enough for me! Skyview (4007), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Aug 26, 2007 Sampled from 12-oz bottle at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a hazy brownish amber brew witha thin off-white head that quickly dissolves to a fine film and just barely any lacing. Aroma of sour malt, yeast, some coriander and earthy herbs. Taste is medium bodied, well carbonated with a dry sour character. Flavors include, sour oranges, yeast, some caramel malt and alcohol. Finish has a slight alcohol warmth and a spiced yeast aftertaste.
