Commercial Description:
A golden Tripel-style ale. A little lighter in alcohol, but not in flavor, than Westmalle, and more drinkable. It matches the best of Belgium.

Thanks to Solan for the bottle! Hazy gold pour with a fluffy white head. Slightly acidic aroma. Sweet bready flavor with notable hints of fruit. Interesting floral finish

Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours hazy golden with a 2 finger thick white head with good retention. Aroma of fruit (almost lambic -like), citrus, belgian yeast and spices. The flavor is fruit, spices, yeast, some bitterness, and a small alcohol kick. Good body, good brew.

This golden colored ale pours with a creamy white head. The aroma is very hoppy, as is the flavor. The taste is initially sweet and fruity with a more bitter finish. Overall, a very respectable tripel-style ale.

APPEARANCE: Darker and more amber with smaller, yet thicker head. Head lasts longer than Westmalle. AROMA:Biscuit and pear are present with hints of dry grass FLAVOR/BODY: Soft and fluffy with hints of mandarine orange and bosc pear. Also some very sweet honeylike flavors. Spiciness is faint. Finish is dry, but not acidic or alcoholic, rather grassy. As it warms, thick noodle flavors come out, I’m guessing from the yeast. Less complex after only 10 minutes, but overall more tasty and complex than westmalle.

Pours a bubbly light golden color with a big, foamy off white head. Spicy citrus notes are evident, sweet malts, and candy sugar also show up in the nose. The taste is a little sour, a little funky, with tons of spice flavors. The candy sugar sweetness is apparent, but moreso in the background as the spices tend to mask it somewhat. The finish is crisp and sweet. Funky aftertaste leaves you interested. Solid little brew.

Sampled at Stuffed Sandwich in San Gabriel, Califonria. Pale yellow with a gigantic head of white foam. Appealing nose of light fruits (pears and apples), bubble gum, spice and yeast. Airy, light and timid body. Big bubble gum flavors with hints of papaya, pear, apples, hops and yeast. I really like Ij and their beers.

330 ml bottle. Hazy, orange body with an off-White head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast and spices. Flavor is subdued malt, fruity, yeasty and bitter. Not outstanding but harmonic without any flavors really sticking out. Quite nice.
