Mar 30, 2008 Cloudy golden with large white head. Slightly sour aroma with notes of wood, barnyard and grapefruit. Sweet flavor with sour notes, wood, yeast and a dry finish. Reminds me of a mild geuze strangely enough…

Jul 19, 2003 Popped the top and foam gushed out, and gushed out, and gushed out. Particle-filled murky golden body with quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is sweet, cookie dough, spicy, yeasty. Taste is medium sweet, malty, spicy, yeasty, slightly floral and orange, finishing cookie dough and dry, with slight alcohol. Medium/full body. Interesting beer, filled with aroma and flavor, though I'm not altogether certain how much I like these combinations of aromas and flavors.

Sep 5, 2007 Dark golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, spice, barnyard and malt. The flavour is sweetish with notes of yeast, barnyard and malt. There isn’t really any bitterness, but the finish is rather dry.

Aug 5, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy deep golden colour with a small but nice and creamy well lasting head. Mango fruit and wheat bit sweet aroma with a bit of sourness and spices. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is yeasty and fruity with a pleasant sweetness, some spices, hops, bit of caramel and alcohol. The finish is spiced and bit sweet with a soft bitterness.
