Commercial Description:
A golden Tripel-style ale. A little lighter in alcohol, but not in flavor, than Westmalle, and more drinkable. It matches the best of Belgium.

Sour, complex aroma. Malt is a nice complex sour/ candy sugar with notes of citrus (apples, a touch of grapefruit, notes of lemon). The finish seems smooth but becomes a bit medicinal...lingering finish was described by Jake Barnes as we drank it as "band aid", which was right on the money, though I can't rake credit for it. Overall an incredibly complex brew that would have been exceptional in my book if not for the unpleasant notes in the finish.

very nice looks, large head and golden colour, very nice in the Ij glass. Sweet taste but not too sweet, balanced with the right amount of carbonation, very very fresh and citrussy. Quite yeasty. Very nice

0.33l- Straw colored liquid under large ivory head. Sour raspberries on nose. Sour seltzarlike mouthfeel, a lot of lambic notes here. Not what I expected, but in a good way. This is different, something to remeber for a change of pace.

Gold pour with a bit of sediment floating in it and a short lived fizzy white head. Sweet and dry aroma with a subtle hint of fresh fruit and slight funk. Very delicate, dry and sweet flavor with some lemon, grass and green apple. There’s just a faint hint of barnyard and little bit of pepperiness. Medium thin body with tingly carbonation. A very delicate an drinkable version of a triple.

33cl Best by 3.05. Hazy dark gold, white head diminishes leaving a slight film. Initial aromas are nice. Yeast, citrus a bit of barnyard funk as well. Nice tripel characteristics. Flavors also nice. Fair amount of bitterness but leaning towards sweet. Fruity, lightly bitter and lightly spiced. Mouthfeel is soft and carbonation a bit low. Light bitterness in finish.Overall a decent tripel.

7th May 2008. Highly aromatic cloudy amber/blonde beer. Smooth with strong caraway - just a hint of fruit coming through in the finish.

This beer has a gold body - hue apperance and a fine white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from a bottle and it had a no carbonic acid. The initial flavor tast was light bitter with a faint afther tast.
