Nov 6, 2005 Golden, white head. Lots of yeast in the bottle. Grassy aroma with citrus, grape, pine and sweeter fruits. Hoppy flavor with citrus mixed with sweeter fruits.

Hazy pale yellow. Geuze/Faro nose; wood, lemon/grape, cellary. Almondy bitter flavour, smooth, medium bodied. Bit strange.

Feb 1, 2009 Bottle poured a hazy golden yellow with a large lasting white head. Aromas of pineapple, pear, banana, light spice and light straw. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of straw, pear, light honey and light spice with a smooth lightly dry fruity finish.

Apr 5, 2009 Bottle. Pours cloudy light yellow with a large, frothy white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw), average hops (flowers, perfume), heavy yeast (horse blanket, barnyard, soap, earth) with notes of alcohol and cloves. Medium bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a metallic finish. Long duration, moderate sweetness and acidity, light bitterness.

33 cl bottle, bought in Amsterdam. Golden, hazy ale, a bit of a barnyard smell. Metallic, spicy, a bit sour. Some fruit, a littley yeasty finish.

Jun 2, 2005 Pours cloudy with a number of small floaties (a few chunks at the end). A small head that dissapears quickly, good bit of carbination. An overall nice flavor although a bit sour, kind of a sour apple aroma at first. Some citrus going on too. Thanks to HopDog for giving me this one.

Jun 25, 2005 Bottle. Medium sized white head that was mostly lasting, sparse lacing, fine-small sized bubbles, minimal carbonation, cloudy, and a straw yellow hue. Nose was malty, sweet, fruity, spicy and clove. Flavor was malty, sweet and spicy. Smooth, dry mouthfeel. Light body.
